All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Generally, standard shipping by UPS can take between 4-10 business days once the order is processed and shipped out of our facility. Note shipping times may vary based on conditions outside of our control. Please contact UPS directly for a more accurate shipping window.

International Shipping: We currently only offer shipping to the following countries
- United States
Damaged Items: Shipping can be rough and sometimes shhh happens. We are happy to replace faulty or damaged items due to transport handling, however shipping will be at the customers expense please contact us via email.
Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We will send you a label and once we receive your unused, unopened return we will process a full refund minus any shipping and handling fees to your original form of payment.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have at your shipping expense, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Should this occur please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
